1. Acceptance

By using Miriaview (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Miriaview is a macOS application and web platform that lets you read, edit, and publish markdown documents. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. By publishing content via the Service, you grant Miriaview a non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content to recipients you designate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service;
• Submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights;
• Harass, threaten, or expose private information of others;
• Bypass technical limitations or quotas of the Service.

4. Subscription Plans

Miriaview offers Free, Pro (subscription), and Lifetime (one-time) tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew via Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period end. You can manage subscriptions in App Store settings on your Apple device.

5. Refunds

Apple manages refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content that violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it via our abuse report form or email abuse@miriaview.com. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove offending content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miriaview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
